Subaru announces the Japanese version of the new WRX S4.

On November 25, Subaru announced the Japanese version of the new WRX S4 sports sedan, which has already been released in North America.

As reported earlier, this new model is equipped with the newly developed 2.4 liter turbocharged engine with a displacement 400cc larger than the previous model.

This new horizontally-opposed engine, which generates powerful torque from low speed range to provide strong acceleration, and also suppresses the drop in torque at high rpm range to provide a sense of uninterrupted acceleration, is combined with the Subaru performance transmission to enhance acceleration performance.
